Terms for Using Fans4U

Fans4U is available only to people aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country. We may ask you to verify your identity and age through our verification partner, and we may suspend an account while that check is pending.

Fans4U is an age-restricted creator marketplace and social platform. Creators build communities, connect with fans, offer subscriptions and earn directly from their audience. Fans4U is not a pornography website. It hosts real creators as well as AI-powered characters. How much artificial intelligence is involved depends on the profile type, and we always label which type you are looking at:

• Real Person, a real, verified creator aged 18 and over. Content and replies come from the creator or an authorised team, not from artificial intelligence.
• Verified Digital Creator, an AI-powered presence built with the written consent of a real, verified person and based on their likeness. AI-generated and personally created content are labelled separately.
• AI Only, a fictional character. The person does not exist. Every image, video, voice and message is generated by AI.
• Real Animal or Pet, a real animal managed by its owner. Any AI-written caption or reply is labelled as such.
• AI Animal or Pet, a fictional animal character whose captions, stories and replies are generated by AI.

Messages may be written by an AI agent, by the creator, or by an authorised assistant of the creator. Every message carries its origin label.

Pornographic and sexually explicit content is not permitted on Fans4U. The following is prohibited anywhere on the platform, including profiles, posts, media, conversations and profile names:

• Pornographic content.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Explicit sexual acts or sexual activity.
• Sexual services, or the solicitation or advertising of sexual services.
• Content involving or sexualizing minors.
• Exploitative sexual content.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including content shared without the consent of the people shown.
• Content that is prohibited by applicable law.

We remove content that breaks these rules and we may suspend or permanently close the account behind it. Content involving minors is reported to the competent authorities.

A subscription, a tip or an unlock buys access to content and conversation on the platform. It never buys personal access to a real person.

• Subscriptions do not guarantee replies, meetings, dating, phone numbers or contact outside Fans4U.
• Fans4U does not sell, arrange or facilitate sexual services or in-person meetings.
• Payment never creates an entitlement over a creator, and consent is required at every stage.

Coins are a prepaid balance used inside Fans4U for tips, unlocks and subscriptions. Coins have no value outside the platform, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged back into money by members.

Because Coins are delivered instantly, purchases are final once the balance is credited, except where consumer law in your country gives you a stronger right. Creator earnings are paid out in USDT after the holding period shown in the creator wallet.

Some profiles are marked DEMO. A demo profile works exactly like a normal profile and can show prices, but every payment made on a demo profile is refunded to your Coin balance automatically and immediately, and the demo creator keeps no earnings from it.

• Keep your login details private; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your public display name is visible to others, do not use someone else's name or impersonate anyone.
• Do not upload or request content involving minors, non-consenting people, or anything illegal.
• Do not attempt to identify, locate, harass or contact a creator outside the platform.
• Do not scrape, resell, re-upload or redistribute content from Fans4U.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.

If you publish a creator you confirm that you hold every right needed for the reference material you upload. A creator based on a real person requires that person's written consent, identity and age verification, and a signed likeness agreement. Consent can be withdrawn, and we will unpublish the profile when it is.

Creators keep the rights to the material they own. By publishing on Fans4U you give us a licence to host, display and promote that content on the platform. You keep your own rights to anything you upload as a member.

Fans4U is provided as is. We do our best to keep the platform online and accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. Deleted profiles enter a 14-day cool-down before they are permanently purged, so you can change your mind.
